Returns
We accept returns only if the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details along with proof of the issue. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Customized or specially ordered items are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the same method you used for payment. Since we operate with cash on delivery only.
Replacement
If you prefer, we can replace defective or incorrect items instead of issuing a refund. Replacement will be processed after verifying the issue.
